Meghalaya, meaning “the abode of clouds,” is a picturesque state located in northeast India. Meghalaya is home to some of the wettest places on Earth, with heavy rainfall contributing to its lush greenery and biodiversity. The state boasts numerous rivers, waterfalls,deep valleys and national parks.
